At Velo Orange, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cycling gear and components. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused and uninstalled items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned components, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
